The ESI main activity is based on helping the software industry in their objectives of producing better software of a higher quality, on time, in the best way and at a lower cost.

ESI also develops a wide range of initiatives directed at promoting the development of the Information Society through the use of ICT for citizens and enterprises, especially SMEs and micro-enterprises.

A human resources team consisting of over 105 internationally qualified staff to provide high added-value services. The staff's average age is 33 years.

Corporate Principles

The Corporate principles are the criteria that ESI people should apply to all actions. Our activities should always follow these principles:

Market-orientation;
by developing new methods, techniques and tools, ESI tries to satisfy the requirements and needs of the companies in our market.
Cooperation;
cooperation based on confidence and on the exchange of knowledge must be one of ESI's main lines of action.
Internationalization;
ESI has always had an international vocation and spirit that must not only be maintained but also strengthened through agreements, alliances and all of ESI actions and activities.
Effective Management;
ESI must continue to pursue the development of an effective management of its resources with the aim of being an efficient organisation on a daily basis.
Innovation;
Innovate means being first. This is the main principle of ESI activity as an organisation and as individuals in each of their areas of responsibility.
Human and Professional Quality;
There are two foundations on which ESI's development is based: the People and their Knowledge. For this reason, ESI is a centre that generates knowledge and development of both individuals and work teams.
