Target

This service is addressed to IT Sector SMEs, whose main activity is applications development and/or maintenance, and also to those companies that provide services as "software as a service" about the own company or someone else applications.

Principal characteristics of the service

The main factors in order to choose the best supplier of software services, are the following: the Company, the Product and the Service.

Through a group of quality measures and indicators, eTIQ analyzes the main parameters of these big factors, in order to guarantee that a basic quality standards are carrying out. Therefore, it avoids misunderstandings from consumers and abuses from suppliers.

Levels

eTIQ service has 2 kind of certifications:

  • eTIQ
  • eTIQ Premium

The obtained certification will depend on the punctuation achieved by the company that has been assessed in each of required sections.

With this level structure, eTIQ allows to set up an improvement plan in the quality of the service provision by the audited company.
